Richard was leading the F&B team in the region where I was managing the Executive Lodge. Richard was very hardworking and talented, people were glad for the opportunity to work with him and learn from him. Reading Richard`s menus made you jealous of the people who would be eating it. He got a great balance between traditional favourites and modern upscale. I would be very keen on the opportunity to work with Richard again in the future.

Richard's ability to handle multiple projects was unlike any I have seen before and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level, quality, and timing within the group.
